This year’s event will take place at the Lethbridge Coast Hotel and Conference Centre. Exhibitors will need to be set up by 4 p.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2010. Take-down time is 4 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2010. Please contact the office if you will be unable to meet these times.

Benefits of Participation

  • The goal of the conference is to promote individual contact between exhibitors and charities. The design of the Conference Centre allows open and free networking opportunities throughout the 9,000 square feet of open space.
  • The set-up for this funding conference will be somewhat unique compared to other conference venues. The funders/exhibitors will be placed around the perimeter of the room allowing for adequate spacing so that individual exhibitors will be able to complete presentations at their display area. Each main funder/exhibitor will have access to seating for 15 to 20 participants to sit in on their presentations.
  • All exhibitors are encouraged to schedule a mini presentation at their booth.  You will be contacted to set this up.
  • Networking, refreshment breaks and meals are held on the exhibit floor to ensure high traffic to exhibits.
  • There will be keynote speakers addressing all delegates at various times throughout the day. A reception beginning at 4 pm on Thursday, November 4 will feature keynote speaker Andrea McManus, while delegates visit the exhibits in the Conference Centre.
  • The goal is to promote intimate small group contact for as many funders/exhibitors as possible. Our overall goal is to encourage funding process learning wherever possible.  We will encourage registrants to bring copies of their projects requiring funding with them to this funding forum.
Exhibitor Fee:  $150

  • Includes continental breakfast, lunch & refreshment breaks during conference hours for 1-2 people.
  • All exhibitor tables must be manned during the conference.
  • Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to announce their own door prize draw winners at the conference.
  • Special requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
