Sometimes a little individual time and attention can make all the difference in the world. Through its Mentorship Program, the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization provides both. Easter Seals Alberta

In December 2007, Annette Nuszdorfer suffered a stroke that paralyzed her right side. She was only able to walk short distances with the use of a cane and was left feeling limited in the places she could go. A Community Impact Grant from the Community Foundation was provided to Easter Seals Alberta, who in turn provided Annette with a scooter through their Total Access Program. Read More ...
