The Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta serves the communities of southwest Alberta. This extensive geographic area stretches from the Town of Nanton in the north to the Town of Waterton in the south; and the Village of Grassy Lake in the east to the Town of Crowsnest Pass in the west.
The region consists of 32 Municipalities and as of 2008 serves a population of approximately 182,526. Lethbridge is the major urban centre in the region with a population of of approximately 82,000.
