Phyllis Hutchinson
Phyllis Hutchinson retired from teaching high school English at Foremost. She farms with her husband near Skiff and is a workshop facilitator for the Alberta Environmental Farm Plan Company. Phyllis joined the Lethbridge Community Foundation Board in 2005, serves on the Grant Distribution Committee, and was appointed Vice-President of the Foundation in 2007.


Bruce McKillop
Bruce McKillop is the owner of McKillop Insurance and Registry Services. He joined the Foundation Board in 2004 and serves on the Finance Committee.
James Enman
Mr. Enman is the managing partner of Scotia McLeod's Lethbridge office. Mr. Enman joined the Foundation Board in 2004. He chairs the Finance Committee and is a member of the Development Committee.

John VanNistelrooy                                
John VanNistelrooy farms near Enchant. He joined the Board in 2004 and chairs the Endowment Development Committee.

Marianne Gray
Marianne Gray is an chartered accountant with Murray Chev Olds. She joined the Foundation Board in 2006 and serves on the Finance Committee and the Endowment Development Committee.

Shirley DeBow
Shirley DeBow joined the board in 2008. Her career in social work gives her a unique insight into the social needs of southwestern Alberta. Since moving to Lethbridge in 1984, Shirley has been actively involved in a wide range of community services including Chancellor of the University of Lethbridge [2003-2007], Alberta Senior Games [Director of Culture], Habitat for Humanity, and the Galt Museum and Archives.

Ed Sinnott
Ed Sinnott joined the board in 2007, after serving on the foundation's Grant Distribution Committee.  He brings a background of community service and knowledge of financial services to the Board.  Ed has deep family ties in the Pincher Creek area and has been involved in a number of community activities including 12 years on local and provincial school boards and the Knights of Columbus.  Ed is currently on the National Board of Financial Planners and  is a member of the Grant Distribution Committee and the Endowment Development Committee.
Wayne Street
Wayne Street joined the board in 2007, and is familiar with the impact of the foundation on youth through grants received at schools for playgrounds and reading programs. Wayne  brings a wealth of administrative experience to the  Board through a career in school administration in southwestern Alberta.  Wayne resides in Coaldale and has been active in a number of capacities including Chair of the Town of Coaldale's Community Facilities Program, Parks and Trails Committee, and a number of church positions.
Thirteen volunteers from across southwestern Alberta serve on the Board of Directors.  These community leaders are committed to building southwestern Alberta's future. Well informed and connected to our community, they set our direction and policies, and oversee the investment and use of all funds. 

Barb Cavers
Barb Cavers retired from employment with District 51 School Division and currently works as a consultant. She joined the Foundation Board in 2005 and is a chair of the Grant Distribution Committee.

George Hall                                
George Hall was appointed to the position of Executive Director by the Board of Directors in fall of 2006. George brings a background of community involvement, library development and fund development to the position. He has lived in Lethbridge since 1989.
